Jim Hethcox is an ordained, country preacher. He is a former pastor but is now the Associate Pastor of his home Church. He enjoys writing blogs so people can ponder the good things of God. He firmly believes 2 Timothy 2:15, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” Jim and his wife, Janice, are the parents of three children, seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He is a retired Conservation Sergeant, after 30 years of service with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Law Enforcement Section. Jim wrote a book about his career as a Georgia Game Warden entitled, “Adventures in Green & Gray, True Stories of a Game Warden”.
